Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We work very hard to accommodate all of our patients, and while we understand that emergencies do happen, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If a cancellation was made within 24 hours or you failed to show for your scheduled appointment time, we require a credit card on file to reschedule and book a new appointment. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking an appointment, however, if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you fail to show up for the appointment, a $100 nonrefundable charge will be applied to your credit card on file for aesthetic patients, and a $25 nonrefundable charge will be applied for internal medicine patients.

Again, in the case of timely cancellation, we will not charge your credit card.

Late Policy

Our doctor, physician assistants and staff aim to make your visit a pleasurable one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy.

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available. We will try to accommodate late‐comers as best as possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.

New patients are encouraged to fill out new patient paperwork available on our website. When you click submit, the forms will automatically be uploaded to your chart so that we can avoid delays on the day of your appointment! If you choose to fill out the paperwork when you arrive to your appointment, please arrive to the office at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork.

Although discretionary, gratuities are a nice way of saying “thank you” for the type of personalized attention offered by our professionals. Please note that gratuities are only accepted for aesthetic treatments.

Refunds and Product Returns

Please note that no refunds will be issued once services are rendered. If you pre-paid for a package that you have not started, you may receive credit in the amount paid redeemable for future services at our office. This can not be applied to retail products. A store credit will be issued for unused, unopened skin care products returned within 14 days. Used products will not be accepted for return.


All payments are due in full at the time of service. All package payments are due in full at the time of the first treatment session. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. For your convenience, we offer financing options with CareCredit. We do not offer internal financing options. Unfortunately, we cannot grant ANY exceptions to this policy.
