When you request an appointment on our website, you choose how we may contact you. If you check Text message (it’s never checked for you), we text you only about that request, under this notice shown right below the choices: “By choosing Text, you agree to receive texts from The Kaga Institute about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Those texts are not marketing.
Your privacy
We record each sign-up with the date, where you signed up and the exact wording you agreed to. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
