Not medical advice
The Site gives general information about our practice and treatments. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Every patient is different, and treatment decisions are made only after a consultation. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Appointment requests
Sending a request does not confirm an appointment; we will contact you to schedule. Please don’t include medical details, photos or insurance information in online forms, email or texts.
Results, photos and reviews
Before-and-after photos show actual patients who gave their permission. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.
Prices, specials and gift cards
