What is ARIESSENCE™ pure PDGF+?
A topical skin solution made with pure platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and hyaluronic acid. It’s applied right after treatments like RF microneedling, laser resurfacing and peels to help your skin recover and show results sooner.
What is PDGF?
Platelet-derived growth factor is a protein your body releases to help heal. It supports your skin’s natural ability to repair and make new skin cells, for smoother, more even-looking skin.
What’s in it?
Just four ingredients: water, sodium acetate, hyaluronic acid and sh-Polypeptide-59 dimer (PDGF-BB), the pure, lab-made growth factor. The hyaluronic acid is sterile and non-crosslinked, in high and low molecular weights.
Is it made from blood or human cells?
No. The PDGF is made with recombinant technology in a regulated, sterile process. It doesn’t come from human blood, tissue or cells, so you don’t need a blood draw.
How is it applied? Does it hurt?
It goes on topically, right after your treatment. Your provider mixes it fresh and gently smooths it over the treated area with a gloved finger. There are no extra needles and no blood draw.

How many treatments will I need?
For hair, results are gradual, with noticeable thickening over time, and a series of regular treatments is usually recommended. For skin, it’s added to the treatments in your plan. We’ll set your schedule at your consultation.
Will I need lab tests for hair loss?
Often, yes. To find the cause, we may check a complete blood count, iron and ferritin, thyroid function, hormones like testosterone and DHEAS, and antinuclear antibodies (ANA), and sometimes a scalp biopsy, hair pull test or fungal culture. The tests depend on your history and exam.
What’s the recovery time?
It depends on you and your treatment, and it’s usually quick: mild redness or tenderness that fades soon. There are no incisions and no general anesthesia. Your provider will tell you what to expect.
How is it different from PRP?
PRP is made from your own blood, so it needs a blood draw and a spin in a centrifuge, and its growth factors depend on your blood that day. ARIESSENCE™ is lab-made, pure PDGF, the same in every vial, with up to 300,000 times the growth factors of PRP (manufacturer data) and no blood draw. Is it FDA approved?
No. ARIESSENCE™ is a cosmetic product, and cosmetics don’t need FDA approval before they’re sold. PDGF itself is one of the most studied growth factors in regenerative medicine, with more than 100 clinical studies.
