What is TMJ Massage?

Temporomandibular joint disorders or TMD is more commonly referred to as TMJ after the joint itself. This is the joint that connects your mandible (lower jaw) to your skull just under your ears. Common causes and flare ups of TMJ are misalignment of the teeth or jaw, grinding of the teeth, clenching the jaw, poor posture, and injury that affected the jaw.
